About our guides

What is Igniva Saade? We publish clear, practical guidebooks that walk you through today's most popular AI tools — including ChatGPT, Claude, Canva, and Eleven Labs — so you can actually use them with confidence instead of guessing.

Who are the guides for? Anyone, from complete beginners to people already using a tool who want to get more out of it. We write in plain language and skip the jargon, so no technical background is needed.

What do the guides actually cover? Each guide walks you through the tool's key features, its different AI models, how to write good prompts, and practical, real-world examples — so you're not just reading theory, you're learning how to use the tool for writing, research, content creation, design, or whatever you need it for.

What languages are the guides available in? English, French, and Spanish. Just choose the collection for your preferred language from our menu.

Will you add guides for other AI tools? Yes — we're regularly adding new guides. If there's a tool you'd like us to cover, email us and let us know.

Ordering & getting your guide

What do I get when I buy a guide? Each guide is a digital PDF. There's nothing physical and nothing to wait for in the post — you get instant access as soon as your payment goes through.

How do I access my guide after I pay? Right after checkout, you'll get a confirmation email with a link to download your PDF. You can save it, open it, and start reading straight away.

I didn't receive my guide after purchase — what do I do? First, check your spam or promotions folder — confirmation emails sometimes land there. If it's still missing after 30 minutes, email us at ssaade56@outlook.com with your order number and we'll sort it out right away.

Can I use my guide on more than one device? Yes. Once you've downloaded the PDF, it's yours to keep. Read it on your phone, tablet, laptop, or print it out — whatever works best for you.

Do I need an account to buy a guide? No, you can check out as a guest. Having an account just makes it easier to find your past orders and guides again later.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus any additional payment options shown at checkout for your country.

I'm outside the UK — can I still buy a guide? Yes, our guides are available worldwide. Prices are shown in your local currency where supported.

Why is the price shown in a different currency to what I expected? Prices update automatically based on the country or region you've selected at the top of the site. You can change this at any time using the region selector.

Returns & refunds

What's your refund policy? Because our guides are instant digital downloads, we're not able to offer refunds simply for a change of mind once a guide has been downloaded. That said, if something's gone wrong on our end — you were charged twice, received the wrong guide, or the file won't open — email us at ssaade56@outlook.com with your order number and we'll fix it, whether that means sending the correct file or issuing a refund.

I bought the wrong guide by mistake — can I swap it? Email us and let us know what you meant to buy. We're a small team and happy to sort out honest mistakes.
